I've finally made this page! I think it should've been done a long time ago, but I just got privy to how nice itch.io is with this stuff. I am not too good at recording progress, but since I have created this page just now I will write while I'm in the mood.

I am currently putting together the Banner image for this page, and on it there will be a combination of all of the character sprites included in Copper Odyssey. It is cool to see all of them at once! However, I find the combination of them a little mixed. I do not think the aesthetic is entirely cohesive, and I think my opinions constantly changing as for what is cool and what is not has skewed my line of design. I think I am just now getting to the point where Copper Odyssey itself is having a solid color palette and brand, which happens to be dark green and orange. Copper is not really that orange and is really more of a brown, but with the presence of bright colors like CMYK being involved, having Orange be a mainstead of this game fits in with the vibrancy of the rest. But yes, my verdict is that I think some of this game is a bit ugly, but it is there. My excitement for this game to be done and for me to get it out there outweighs my need for what I consider "perfection". Maybe this is a form of laziness, but, I really just want to get onto the next Copper Odyssey game hahahaha. I think Copper Odyssey 2 will be even better. I will talk more about that later on after Copper Odyssey is done, but I think the next game in this series will be much different tonally and character wise. Maybe it shouldn't even be Copper Odyssey at all...it might need a different title. Copper Odyssey is too cool of a name to let go however (look how many times I say it!) but yes, I am excited for the 2nd game. Excited for this to be done. Excited to show it to the teacher who suggested something silly like this and me convincing him that it was a joke/dud the entire time to be put to an end. It is nice that this is real....Not a joke.
